Blueberry Smoothie Parfait

Easy and delicious, just the way I like my breakfast foods! This smoothie parfait looks super fancy and delicious, yet the base is made up of only three ingredients and is super quick to make. I hope you give this a go, and as always tag me @mealsbymiri if you do so I can see the result!


Ingredients

250g frozen banana

60g frozen blueberries

15g caramel protein powder

Toppings A spoonful peanut butter

60g frozen blueberries

4 tbsp soy yoghurt + 10g vegan caramel protein powder


Method: Add the frozen banana, frozen blueberries and protein powder to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth. Combine soy yoghurt and protein powder, stir until smooth. To a jar or glass, add some blueberries and add a spoonful of peanut butter along the inside edge of the jar (this is mostly for the aesthetic, you can also just add the peanut butter on top). Add your smoothie/nice cream to the jar and top with your yoghurt mixture and some more blueberries. Enjoy!
