There's something about the combination of chocolate and orange that just screams Norwegian Easter to me. It's most likely because one of our favourite activities during easter is to go skiing, and our snacks for the trip are usually hot chocolate, a chocolate bar and some oranges. Now I have to admit I don't really do that myself as I've never enjoyed skiing, but the flavour combination still stands as one of the most iconic Easter combos for me. Now whether you think choc orange reminds you of Easter, Christmas or is just an all year thing there's no denying this porridge is delicious!
5g (1tsp) sugar
40ml orange juice
200g plant milk
Method: Add all ingredients to a pot and simmer until you have a smooth porridge that has reached your desired texture. Pour into a bowl and add chopped chocolate, almonds and almond butter on top. If you wish you can also garnish with some orange. Enjoy!
