Gingerbread Açai Bowl

What do you do when it's both gingerbread and smoothie bowl season at the same time? Make a gingerbread açai bowl of course! I think that's about all the introduction this bowl of deliciousness needs so let's get into the recipe:


Ingredients:

50g frozen açai purée

150g frozen banana

50g frozen blueberries

70g frozen blackberries

30g frozen raspberries

10g vegan protein powder (I used a salted caramel flavoured one but you can use vanilla or just skip this as well)

10g blackstrap molasses (can skip this if you don't like molasses)

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp powdered ginger

0.5 tsp cloves

0.5 tsp allspice


Toppings: Gingerbread/gingersnap cookies, granola, almond butter, vegan yoghurt

How to make: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until super smooth. Serve in a bowl with your toppings!
