The classic peanut butter and jelly flavour combo is back and better than ever in this smoothie bowl format! I honestly can't get enough of this variation and I sincerely hope you try it out, trust me you won't regret it.
300g frozen banana
1tbsp peanut butter
20g protein powder
Toppings: Mashed raspberries (or raspberry jam) Granola
Method: Simply add frozen banana chunks, protein powder and peanut butter to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and top with mashed raspberries (you can use fresh ones or just thaw some frozen ones like I did), granola and peanut butter. Enjoy!
