Peanut Butter Cinnamon Oatmeal Parfait


Overnight oats are such a simple breakfast to make, but here's a way to make them look just a little bit more fancy than usual! This parfait is super easy to make and combines two of my favourite cozy flavours, peanut butter and cinnamon. Just make this and thank me later.

Ingredients: 50g banana (ripe)

40g quick oats

10g chia seeds

1tsp cinnamon

150g plant based milk

a pinch of salt

For serving:

Peanut butter and sliced banana



Method:

Mash the banana and add to a bowl with your oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt and plant based milk. Mix well and place in the fridge overnight. The next morning, layer the overnight oats with peanut butter and sliced banana in a jar and enjoy!
