I don't know about you but I loveee pistachio, and what better than having it in your oats for breakfast? If you have access to pistachio butter at the shops this is a great convenient breakfast option that feels super extra, and if you don't, I'd still highly recommend getting some pistachios and making your own nut butter in a food processor or blender! No matter how you do it, there's no arguing that pistachio oats make for a really tasty start to the day.
15g pistachio butter
200g plant based milk
15g plant based protein
a pinch of salt
Mash your banana and add all ingredients to a pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes while stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning. Once the porridge reaches your desired consistency, add to a bowl and top with some more pistachio butter and any other toppings you might want. Enjoy!
