Raspberry Caramel Porridge

Just a quick, easy porridge recipe because we all appreciate an easy but delicious breakfast sometimes. This one is fairly similar to some of my other porridge bowls but it was still just too delicious not to share with you all. Hope you enjoy!


Ingredients:

40g quick oats

10g vegan caramel protein powder

200g plant milk

30g mashed banana

a pinch of cinnamon, cardamom and salt

Toppings:

a handful of frozen raspberries - thawed and mashed

hemp seeds

maple syrup

1 heaped tsp almond butter


Add all ingredients to a saucepan, simmer until thick and creamy before serving in a bowl with the suggested toppings (or put your own spin on it and add whatever you like!)
