Snickers Oatmeal

Caramel oats topped with choc chips, caramel sauce and peanuts? YES PLEASE! This super decadent breakfast is perfect for all of you morning sweet tooths out there. Ingredients: 40g quick oats

40g banana

20g vegan salted caramel protein

200g soy milk (I prefer using a sweetened one but you do you)


Toppings: Chopped salted peanuts

Chopped vegan chocolate

Banana slices

Strawberries Peanut butter Caramel Sauce (I used a ready made one Nature's Charm but you can use whichever one you like)


Mash your banana and add to a pot along with all the other ingredients. Simmer on low-medium heat until it reaches your desired consistency before transferring to a bowl. Sprinkle on some peanuts and chocolate, add a spoonful of peanut butter, add your fresh fruit and drizzle with caramel sauce. Enjoy!
