This smoothie bowl honestly tastes more like strawberries with custard than an actual breakfast dish, and it is SO DANG DELICIOUS. It's also super simple to make and only requires a few ingredients! Here's how to do it.
150g fresh strawberries
1tsp lemon juice
300g frozen banana
20g vegan vanilla protein powder/1tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
A handful vegan granola
Method: Start by removing the leaves and chopping the strawberries into quarters. Add to a bowl and sprinkle on lemon juice and sugar. Stir until they're fully coated and set aside. Add frozen banana, vegan protein powder and salt to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add granola and strawberries and dig in!
