Tahini Raspberry Oatmeal

I know tahini can be quite an acquired taste for some, and to be honest I completely understand the scepticism if you've only ever had it on it's own. However I promise you it is absolutely delicious once it's mixed in with some creamy oats, so whether you're a tahini lover or not I'm confident you will like this recipe! Ingredients:

40g oats

200ml sweetened soy milk*

1tbsp tahini

1tbsp maple syrup


Toppings: Tahini

Maple syrup

Raspberries

Chopped dark chocolate

Granola (optional)


Add the oats, soy milk. tahini and maple syrup to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until it reaches your desired consistency before transferring to a bowl. Drizzle over some tahini and maple syrup and add your raspberries, granola and chocolate. You can also add any other toppings you wish here.


*Can use any sweetened plant based milk or use unsweetened plant based milk and just add some extra added maple syrup/sugar while cooking the oats.
